Market Niche & Competition Study
We look at how travelers behave, what the competition offers and the search patterns that reveal gaps in the market, ready to be taken.
02Branding & Strategy
Building on the niche study, we create a visual identity, personality, logo and structure that carve out a clear slice of the market and set us apart from the competition.
03Interior design
According to Booking.com, 92% of travelers say photos are the most important factor when choosing where to stay. We design your hotel's entire interior: concept, floor plans, furniture, materials, purchasing and construction supervision.

We're more than designers
Our competitive edge is simple: hotels are the only thing we do. Our CEO and creative director, on top of being our lead designer, is also a hotel developer and hotel operator.
No other agency has the market data, the experience and the overall hotel know-how we have.
Shall we start?A guest rarely picks a hotel because of its brand, but a brand can definitely make them pass on it.
Hospitality is completely different from everything else

Designing the hotel without a brand? Want to do the work twice?
We know hotels
Our process is incredibly simple because we've pinned down the unique factors that decide whether a hotel brand just enters a market to compete or sets the trend in it.
#1 Data, data, data...
The most common mistake is designing hotels to the owner's or the architect's taste. As a business, a hotel has to be designed to attract its future guests, and only them, so knowing who they are, what they like and what they're wary of is critical.
#2 Location is "contextual"
Let's face it, if you're not from a city, unless you've been there many times, you have no idea where you are or where you're going... In hospitality we play with that to build 360º experiences. Location only matters if you know from day one how to use it as a multiplier.
#3 Competition
If there are people who'll swap a flight with a 2-hour layover for one with an 8-hour layover to save $10 USD, imagine them picking a hotel! That's why we have to study the market and create a concept different enough to avoid competing on price.
#4 We design for the photo
People open Booking.com, search the destination and the "good" neighborhood they read about on a blog, filter by price range and open 15 tabs of hotels to choose from. Who wins?... the best-looking one vs. the price. That's the game you have to play, and we know how to play it.
Creative Team
We're a small team. We take on only a few projects a year and pour our heart and soul into them.
